How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
The papers on our website are special order.  Upon receipt of your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), we will process it with our supplier.  Once we receive the paper from our supplier, which takes approximately four to five days (excluding weekends and holidays) if the paper is in stock, we will ship your order to you via your shipping preference. Therefore, you should allow 7 to 10 business days for receipt of your order.   To determine if the item(s) you have ordered are in stock, please call 1.800.449.1125 between 9am and 6pm Eastern time Monday through Friday or e-mail us at custserv@papercompany.com.   We ship via UPS Ground.  If you need expedited shipping (overnight, third-day, etc.), please call us so we may advise you on the expedited shipping cost and anticipated delivery date of your order.   Note that we ship only within the United States.
