Return Policy
If you receive damaged merchandise or if the merchandise is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days for a return or exchange, and we will pay for return shipping.  If the merchandise is not damaged and is as you ordered, it may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, because these are special orders and no returns or exchanges may be made by the manufacturer. If you order custom-printed invitations, announcements, etc., we strongly recommend that you request a proof and thoroughly inspect the proof that is submitted prior to final printing.  Once final printing takes place, no returns or refunds will be made.
